Linerless Technology

Blank polycarbonate linerless media is supplied in a choice of 8 widths ranging from 50mm to 160mm, with a standard 900M length. The linerless media is self-adhesive continuous film with a water based permanent acrylic adhesive. Without backing paper and individual label spacing, reels of the same dimensions (32cm diameter) yield more than double the print output of standard die cut labels. Linerless reels are lighter in weight, making it easier for operatives to handle and load media into linerless labelling systems. In addition, linerless film is significantly cheaper than paper label stock delivering an opportunity for ongoing cost reduction, particularly where usage is high.

High quality wax resin ribbon is matched to the linerless media to give clarity, durability and consistency of print, with proven scuff resistance. Both label and ribbon media are 900M in length ensuring efficient replenishment without waste. Barcode images are crisp, meeting the most stringent retail requirements.
