The M8460Se Wide Web Print Engine features a 6" wide printhead with a 6.5" wide media path. It is ideal for pallet labeling as well as compliance labels that require up to 6.5" width. Among the many advantages of using a wide web print engine is the ability to print the typical 4" x 6" label in a 6" x 4" format, allowing for more labels per roll as well as improving throughput significantly by shortening the feed length to 4".

The M8485Se, based on the popular M8485S, is the industry's first "Plug and Play" printer capable of full high-speed bi-directional communications. The printer has been designed with a large amount of on board memory and with the flexibility of adding additional flash and/or PCMCIA based memory upgrades to accommodate virtually any printing requirement.
